Krishnakant | JURISGenix

Mr. Krishnakant is a distinguished law expert, researcher, and corporate leader serving as the Director of JURISGenix and he was appointed to the Board of of JURISGenix in accordance with the provisions of the Central Act No. 18 of 2013, pursuant to the approval granted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. He pursued his legal studies in Ireland, broadening his understanding of international legal frameworks and comparative jurisprudence while strengthening his academic foundation and global legal perspective.

Mr. Krishnakant also serves as the Chief Research Officer (C.R.O.) at the Centre for Law and Justice, where he contributes extensively to legal research, policy analysis, legislative studies, and the formulation of strategic legal opinions. His research-driven analyses, legal opinions, and recommendations have been relied upon by eminent advocates and legal professionals in matters before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and District & Sessions Courts across the country, assisting in the effective presentation and adjudication of complex legal issues.

Beyond his professional engagements, Mr. Krishnakant has actively devoted his efforts to public service and legal empowerment. He has voluntarily worked for the welfare of prisoners, litigants, and government servants by promoting access to justice, legal awareness, and institutional reforms.

In recognition of his outstanding intellectual contributions and dedication to the profession, Mr. Krishnakant was conferred the prestigious Uttarakhand Ratna Award in 2018.
